Department of Art Design inherits and carriesforward Chinese traditional culture, absorbing the world art essence, advocatesthe study style of rigorous doing scholarly research and theory with practice,set up the concept of art serve the life and combining art with science,forming active academic atmosphere and good education environment.

The department has four bachelor degreeprograms: Visual Communication Design, Environmental Design, Product Design, Clothingand Apparel Design and two three-year associate programs: Art Design, EnvironmentalArt Design, which include tourism product design, animation design, visualcommunication design and other professional direction. The department now has816 graduates, and 1253 students are now studying at school.
